How durable is the device?

MicroCam X1 is designed with a seamless unibody and 8H-hardened glass. It’s drop-resistant from up to 5 meters, making it tough enough for real-world adventures.

Is the memory card configured separately, or is it already in the device?

When the memory card reaches you, it will already be inserted into the memory card slot at the bottom of the device. It will not be shipped separately with other accessories or items. Therefore, when you receive the product, you can check the settings or inspect the memory card slot at the bottom to see if the memory card is present.

What file formats are used for photos and videos?

Photos are saved in JPEG format, and videos are recorded in standard MP4 format—compatible with most devices and editing software.

When I try to transfer pictures from the memory card to my computer, it shows that the files cannot be read, or when I put the card back into the device, it says it's unusable. Why is this happening?

When you need to access pictures, videos, or documents on the memory card, we recommend using the included USB data cable to transfer them to your computer for viewing. If you want to access them via a mobile phone, you can directly use a card reader compatible with your phone to view the files.
