30-Day Return Window

From the date you receive your product, you have 30 days to decide if it meets your needs. If you conclude it does not, you are eligible for a return or exchange within this period, assuming the item complies with our return criteria.

Eligibility for Returns

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by an email with the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, please reach out to us at support@littpopo.com. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on the return process. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. 

Condition of Returns

Products may be removed from their packaging but must remain in pristine, unused condition. We require items to be returned in their original condition to ensure quality and fairness for every customer.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you encounter any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, the process is straightforward: return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.

International Returns

International customers should contact us before attempting to return products. Please be aware that international returns may result in additional charges, such as customs fees and taxes, for which the customer is responsible.

EU Customers

Under EU consumer laws, EU customers have a 30-day cooling-off period to return items, no questions asked, provided the items are in their original condition.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. Contact us if you haven't received your refund within 15 business days.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may be applied to returns to cover handling and processing costs. We strive to be transparent about any fees that may affect your refund.

Shipping and Handling Fees
