At Littpopo, we aim to process orders promptly and provide a reliable delivery experience. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Eligible in-stock orders placed on business days are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed for dispatch on Monday, as our warehouse does not dispatch orders on weekends. Orders placed on public holidays or other non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
Dispatch means that your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. It does not mean that your order will arrive within 24 hours.
Order processing and dispatch may occasionally be affected by payment verification, inventory availability, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
We offer the following shipping options where available:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 calendar days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 calendar days after dispatch.
Calendar days include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. These estimates begin when your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier. They do not include order processing time.
Available shipping methods and applicable delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, local delivery arrangements, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Littpopo ships to selected countries and regions. Available destinations and shipping methods depend on the delivery address entered at checkout.
If your destination is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to deliver to that location.
Where the product page states “Shipping & Taxes Included,” the displayed price includes applicable shipping charges, import duties, and taxes for the relevant shipping destination under the applicable shipping arrangement.
We aim to ensure that customers do not need to pay additional shipping charges, import duties, or taxes upon delivery for orders covered by this arrangement.
Any available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional payment for shipping, import duties, or taxes on an order covered by our shipping-inclusive arrangement, please contact support@littpopo.com before making payment, where practicable. Include your order number and any payment request or supporting documentation so that we can investigate.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives your package. Tracking updates may also be delayed while a shipment is in transit or undergoing customs clearance.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation or tracking information, please check your spam or junk folder first. You can then contact support@littpopo.com for assistance.
We work to dispatch orders promptly and provide accurate delivery estimates. However, shipments may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
Carrier delays or service disruptions
Customs inspections or clearance procedures
Severe weather or natural disasters
Public holidays or peak shipping periods
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Unexpected transportation or operational disruptions

If you notice an error, contact support@littpopo.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been handed over to the carrier.
Where permitted by applicable law, additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery caused by inaccurate information, or a customer-requested reshipment may be charged to the customer.
For orders covered by our “Shipping & Taxes Included” arrangement, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price presented to the customer, and shipping and customs-related arrangements are made accordingly.
Customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery for orders covered by this arrangement. If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional payment, please contact support@littpopo.com and provide your order number and the payment request so that we can investigate.
Customs inspections, clearance procedures, or other regulatory requirements may still affect delivery times, even when duties and taxes have been included.
The treatment of any exceptional charges will depend on the shipping arrangement applicable to the order and any requirements under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact support@littpopo.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and any relevant photos, tracking information, or other supporting details so that we can investigate the issue.
We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to determine the next steps and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
